This week, your little tadpole is starting to look a little bit more human. Other exciting developments include:
Your baby's eyelids, ears, upper lip and the tip of his soon-to-be adorable button nose are forming.
The little one will also sprout webbed fingers and toes this week—which you'll be well aware of in a few months, as baby starts early gymnastics classes inside you.
Baby's tiny heart has separated into four distinct chambers and is really ticking now—at a rate of 150 beats per minute. That's more than twice your resting heart rate.
I am still feeling pretty good. The bloat is still there and when I wear a tight shirt it does look like I have a little bump. My face has decided to break out. I look like I am 15 again. LOL. Still no naucousness but the food aversions are still there. All I want to eat is junk but I have been trying to eat some fruits and veggies because I need to keep up with the healthy eating habits.
Joey and I have been slowly letting the cat out of the bag. I spilled the beans to the rest of my family over the weekend and a couple of other close friends. But I think I am going to keep it to those choice people until after I get good bill of health on 11/20. I just want everything to be ok before the rest of the world knows. I am counting down the days.
